Chimayo Stone Fired Kitchen is a contemporary Southwestern bistro. We specialize in from-scratch Southwestern cuisine using a variety of fresh, dried and powdered chiles, featuring fresh salads, small plates, artisanal pizzas, fire-roasted steaks, seafood and Latin-inspired entrees—all uniquely prepared in our stone-fired hearth ovens.
